• All original tags and labels must be attached

• Glassware & Drinkware removed from original packaging
• Opened glass jars & bottles
• Personalized or custom-ordered items
• Items showing signs of use

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Exchanges will be shipped once the return is received
